The Chief Minister says his visit to the Conservative Party conference in Manchester has been very useful - and not just for meeting senior Tories.
The conference was the only one attended by Manx government officials this year.
Allan Bell says one of the reasons for this was uncertainty about the Island's involvement in the G20 meeting, but he intends to visit all three again next year as usual.
And he says whilst the conference allows him the chance to meet with UK Treasury officials and senior members of UK government, he's also taking the opportunity to meet with more local representatives.
