Howard Quayle believes vote will come in 5-10 months
The Chief Minister believes the chances of a UK general election in the coming months have increased.
Howard Quayle's comments come as the Tory leadership contest nears its conclusion.
Boris Johnson or Jeremy Hunt will be named as Theresa May's successor when the result is announced on Tuesday.
