Follows outcome of Dr Rosalind Ranson tribunal
The chief minister says he's confident in progress to improve the culture within government, but admits there's still work to do.
After the conclusion of the Rosalind Ranson tribunal, Alf Cannan promised to address the issue.
Dr Ranson was awarded just under £3.2 million after it was found she had been constructively dismissed for whistleblowing.
