Isle of Pride welcomes Howard Quayle's statement
The Island's LGBTQ+ community can begin to heal after the chief minister apologised to those convicted of homosexual activity in the past.
Howard Quayle said sorry during this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
The move coincided with progress on new sexual offences legislation, which allows those convicted to seek a pardon.
