Certain key senior posts in the Manx police force need to be filled, says Chief Constable Gary Roberts.
He's been in his role for a year after succeeding Mike Langdon.
He was deputy Chief Constable for five years before that but has been unable to find the right person to fill that role over the past 12 months.
