Manx Deaf Society aims to provide full BSL course next year
A charity is keen to see more Manx residents learning sign language to allow those who are deaf to take part in more conversations.
The Manx Deaf Society already provides introductory lessons to British Sign Language and is aiming to put on a full level one course next year.
The organisation says events like Tynwald Day have become more accessible to those with hearing loss due to the addition of captions on video coverage.
But chief executive Lucy Buxton wants to see more awareness of sign language users:
