The visa will only be valid for nine months
Changes have been made to worker migrant visas to make it easier for people to find work on the Isle of Man.
It's to help some business owners in the hospitality sector who are struggling to find staff.
Qualified people, outside of the UK and Ireland, can apply for a temporary worker visa, which will only be valid for nine months.
