Organisers blame Covid uncertainty for changes
The commemoration of Illiam Dhone, held annually at Hango Hill, won't take place in the usual manner this year.
A simple wreath laying will be held on 2 January, with no speakers or subsequent music session organised in a bid to reduce crowds.
