MLC says including all complaints on register would have been 'inappropriate'
Changes have been made to proposals to keep a register of those who breach laws designed to protect animals on the Island.
The Animal Welfare Bill was discussed by Members of the Legislative Council this week.
Paul Craine brought forward an amendment so minor complaints aren't included.
He says including all issues on the register would be disproportionate:
