Commissioners moving away from Douglas Council partnership
Braddan Commissioners is partnering with a local business for its kerbside recycling scheme.
The local authority previously worked with Douglas Council however it will now be the job of Recycle Collect.
It starts today (Wednesday April 5) with collections being carried out every two weeks.
Residents in North Braddan (Strang, Union Mills, Mount Rule, Baldwin, Cronkbourne, Farmhill and Cooil) will have their collections on Wednesdays.
South Braddan (Richmond Hill, Kewaigue Hill and Port Soderick) on Thursdays and Mount Murray residents' recycling will be picked up on Fridays.
