Follows retirement of Knight Commander Steve Sieling
The Isle of Man branch of St John Ambulance is to undergo a change of command, following the retirement of Knight Commander Steve Sieling.
With effect from 24 June (St John Day), Chief Officer John Gill will take over the role, and he will be succeeded by Martin Benson, current Director of Governance.
Mr Sieling says that whilst he's stepping down, he will still be very much involved in the charity and is looking forward to being an active Community First Responder, as well as providing crucial ambulance training for its front-line teams.
