Footballer pleased IOM FA taking issue seriously
There needs to be a 'change in culture' to combat racism in Manx football, sport and in wider society.
That's according to an FC Isle of Man footballer who played a key role in a new diversity and inclusion report.
It was published by the Isle of Man Football Association this week.
Ninety-two per cent of respondents said Manx football was a safe and welcome environment - but 29 per cent said they'd seen or experienced racial abuse.
