Could be up to 100 meteors an hour at the peak
Around 100 meteors an hour could be seen in the Manx sky this weekend.
The Perseid Meteor Shower happens every July and August.
While they can be seen throughout this period the shower will reach its peak on Monday (12 August).
Manx astronomer Howard Parkin says it's one of the highlights of the year:
