Government needs to reconnect with the people they represent.
So says a 29 year-old self-employed businessman bidding for the House of Keys seat in Malew and Santon next month.
Manxman Gareth Kelly, who has lived in Santon all his life, will contest the constituency in September’s General Election.
And he believes young people have three key needs.
