Population expert's prediction for island
Another boom in Jersey's population has prompted a word of caution from a Manx population analyst.
The latest official figures show 105,500 people now live in the Bailiwick - an increase of nearly 12,000 in last ten years.
More than three quarters (77%) of the rise is blamed on net migration.
