Minister speaks about safeguarding and equality
Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas admits the latest equality and safeguarding provisions are overdue.
A raft of new measures came in to force on the 1 January.
At the start of next year, further rules on age and disability discrimination, alongside equal pay rights for work of equal value will come in.
