Open to all
There's an open invitation to the Manx public to join a prayer and candle vigil at St German's cathedral in Peel this evening (19 June).
The gathering will remember the 49 people who lost their lives in the Orlando shooting last weekend - the worst mass shooting in recent American history.
It will be jointly hosted with the Manx Rainbow Association as a show of support for the victims' families and LGBTI communities everywhere.
It's open to all and starts at 8pm.
