Fourth candidate emerges in constituency
'Strong, professional, hardworking leadership - not self-gratification of the individuals elected'.
That's what new candidate for Middle, 58-year-old businessman William Bowers, believes is needed following the General Election in September.
Mr Bowers will run against the current sitting member Howard Quayle, ex-bank manager Bill Shimmins, and former education official Paul Craine.
He says government finances need addressing as soon as possible - as the new administration shapes the path forward.
