43-year-old to appear in court this month
A Castletown woman who's been accused of benefit fraud will appear in court again later this month.
Forty-three-year-old Kelly-Ann McCulloch, of Malew Street, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
She hasn't yet entered pleas to three charges of making false representations to obtain benefits as well as one of failing to tell benefits officials about a change in her circumstances.
She'll appear next on 17 March.
