Event will still go ahead despite forecast weather conditions
A two-day music festival set to take place in Castletown Square is hoped to bring in much needed footfall to shops there.
It's set to start from 1pm today (Saturday 29 August) and has been designed to give families an inexpensive option of something to do over the weekend.
