
The MHK for Castletown is urging the chief minister to restructure government.
The subject was raised in Tynwald this month, based on Richard Ronan's belief there is too much inconsistency and a lack of cohesion across departments.
Mr Ronan wants two deputy chief ministers to be appointed; one to drive the change agenda and another to concentrate on international relations.
He says government needs to become more focused:
