Trial dates will be set in August
A Castletown man will stand trial in August after being accused of drug driving.
Ross Jordan McCulloch, of Malew Street, denied having the main metabolite of cocaine in his system.
The 33-year-old was stopped by police on 6 February on the New Castletown Road.
A pre-trial review will take place on 10 August; he’s been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 13 November a trial date was set for 8 January 2024.
