Castletown Commissioners will be carrying out a review into the parking provision across the town.
Vice-chair John Cringle believes there's a 'fine balance' to make sure residents don't feel 'disadvantaged' whilst also looking at introducing regulations and restrictions.
Mr Cringle says a new plan will be open to change and the commissioners will be 'big enough' to acknowledge if it hasn't worked.
