No more additional payments
Businesses in the Isle of Man will no longer be able put additional charges on card payments from the end of next week.
The move is in line with UK regulations being brought in, which themselves mirror action being taken across the European Union.
Traders won't be forced to accept any particular payment method, but whichever one is used, the price must be the same.
They can still refuse to accept card payments below a certain amount, though.
