Treasury Minister says roads aren't ignored
Alfred Cannan says the Manx government is spending money to ensure Manx roads are in a good condition.
He made the comments while offering a response to the latest UK budget announcement, which includes billions of pounds for road repairs.
On Mandate this morning, Mr Cannan insisted funds are made available, but it's up to the Department of Infrastructure to decide where it goes.
The Treasury Minister pointed to a number of recent and ongoing projects as proof the issue doesn't go ignored:
