Treasury Minister defends silence in MDF debate
Treasury Minister Alf Cannan has responded to criticism from Peter Karran over the Media Development Fund.
The former Onchan MHK hit out at ministers earlier this week at what he branded the 'frittering away' of £26 million on film industry investments.
Tynwald's Public Accounts Committee is looking into what went wrong.
Mr Karran recognised that Mr Cannan was an outspoken critic of film industry ties when he a back-bencher, but questioned why he didn't say anything in a Tynwald debate last week.
