More support for vulnerable was confirmed earlier this week
Government is starting to focus on how to relieve the pressure of rising global costs during the more challenging winter months later this year.
That's according to Chief Minister, Alfred Cannan after warnings in Tynwald this week living prices are expected to remain high throughout 2022.
Treasury Minister, David Ashford, stated the ongoing global situation could see inflation locally peak at around 10 per cent later this year.
Mr Cannan was asked about help for those in the 'squeezed middle' who may fall outside of criteria for current financial support:
