Linda Bowers-Kasch is a member of the Isle of Man Employment Tribunal and a former vice president of Barclays Wealth.

The other people who have declared in Ramsey so far are outgoing MHKs Allan Bell and Anne Craine, and two other challengers, John McDonough and Leonard Singer.
