The Isle of Man Anti-Cancer Association says it aims to give hundreds of thousands of pounds to support the expansion of services for cancer patients in Liverpool over the coming years.
Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is opening a specialist unit in the city centre, next door to the new Royal Liverpool Hospital.
Almost a thousand cancer patients a year from the Island are flown across to Clatterbridge for specialist treatment.
The charity held its AGM at Keyll Daree lecture theatre last night (27 March)
