This week is Cervical Screening Awareness Week
A cervical screening, or smear test, usually takes less than five minutes to complete - but according to figures from the NHS, one in three people invited to attend don't show up for their appointment.

Cervical Cancer is the most common cancer in women under 35 in the UK, but can affect women of any age.
It's also said to be one of the most preventable cancer types, with NHS England pledging to eradicate cervical cancer by 2040.
