Discussions continue into how the Island's need for bread can best be served as Ramsey Bakery prepares finally to close its doors in the middle of the month.
With the TT due to start in three weeks, the Island will be flooded with thousands of fans and demand for bread will rise.
Food Minister Clare Barber was asked if it was possible for Ramsey Bakery to extend its departure until after the Festival.
