Residents asked to keep off tracks for their own safety
A new poster campaign has been launched asking people to stay off the Island's railway lines.
Although the Electric and Mountain railways are closed for the winter period, there are the Santa steam trains running over the festive season.
Isle of Man Transport says there are engineering train movements throughout the year, sometimes in the hours of darkness.
The posters will be on display in popular areas as well as all schools.
