The founder of Recycle Collect wants a 'solution' to stop vapes from littering the Island.
Clara Isaac says she's seen an increase in associated rubbish whilst doing her rounds and says it's a 'prevalent' issue.
She says there are alternatives like reusable vapes but the 'root cause' needs to be looked at.
