Residential conversions and commercial projects get £1 million
Callow's Yard is to receive a further £1 million of investment in the next year.
That's according to the Castletown site owner Roy Tilleard.
He claims the money will be ringfenced for residential conversions and commercial retail projects.
The decision to allow unused business premises to be converted into new accomodation follows a lengthy battle with the town commissioners.
Mr. Tilleard says he's pleased with the progress:
