Fears over pup losses eased
Seal numbers on the Calf of Man remain high, despite Hurricane Ophelia in October.
There were fears almost half of the pups born had died due to the storm which hit the inlet.
However, the Manx Wildlife Trust says seal numbers around the coastline have remained at between 100 and 200 over the past decade.
The organisation believes the true impact of pup losses may not be known for another five years.
