Garff MHK wants department to be examined
Garff member Daphne Caine has called for a "fundamental review" of the Department of Education.
Although broadly in support of the budget, she felt not enough is being done for carers and there is a lack of environmental initiatives.
But Mrs Caine directed her main criticism for Education:
