A chance to help others in need
An Island community centre hopes to provide what it calls a 'sustainable change' for women around the world, for International Women's Day.
Mother T's in Laxey, is hosting "A Celebration of Women's Voices" to mark International Women's Day and raise money for international organisation Kiva.
The non-profit platform delivers financial support to under-served women in communities through crowdfunding - helping them gain a better life in education, business opportunities and financial independence.
Local female singers, songwriters and motivational speakers will also be be performing at the coffee shop and arts venue.
It's on between 12pm and 7pm.
You can find out more information on Mother T's Facebook page.
