Reduced fares for Belfast and Newcastle routes
The Civil Aviation Authority says holders of Citywing tickets on routes from the Island to Belfast and Newcastle should contact Eastern Airways directly for 'special fares'.
However, passengers who have yet to travel on other Citywing routes will need to make their own arrangements.
Citywing went into liquidation on Friday night and the ticket seller is not covered by the CAA ATOL protection scheme, which only covers passengers booked on a package holiday.
Passengers wishing to obtain a refund for unused tickets need to contact Citywing directly.
If they booked with a credit or debit card they may be able to make a claim against the card provider.
Passengers may also be able to make a claim against their travel insurer.
