First lecture a sell-out
The smallest and easiest thing people can do to help the environment is to have native plants in their garden, according to Professor Peter Bridgewater.
Last night, the respected conservationist delivered the Island's first ever annual biosphere lecture entitled 'Don't ask what your Biosphere Reserve can do for you, but rather what you can do for your biosphere'.
The event was a sell-out.
Professor Bridgewater says the best way the climate change convention can be put into action, rather than just being talked about, is by teaching people how to interact better with nature:
