Ashford says rules are to be replaced by guidance
Rules and regulations enforced by government throughout the Covid-19 pandemic are slowly going to be replaced by advice and guidance.
That's according to Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford, who was speaking at the latest government coronavirus media briefing.
He says there will be a change in government's approach going forward:
