Businesses encouraged to fill CoC survey on minimum wage 

The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce is looking to speak to businesses about minimum wage. 

In April next year, the Minimum Wage Committee will make a submission on behalf of the sector.

Earlier this year, plans to bring it in line with the Island's living wage were stalled after backlash from the business community.

In a statement on Facebook, the organisation said that during the campaign in 2025, wage compression, employment and recruitment pressure, apprenticeships, higher prices, and wider employment costs were highlighted. 

But the Chamber wants to know if the same pressures exist for businesses today and if they've increased or eased. 

Members are encouraged to complete an online survey by 15 September.
