Treasury minister says 2021 having 'compound effect'
More money’s being made available through Treasury's financial support schemes.
It comes as a number of businesses are suffering ‘significant cashflow shortages', while unemployment levels on the Island have started to rise.
Minister Alf Cannan says this year's lockdowns and February's poor weather have had a compound effect.
He announced an additional support grant for certain businesses, based on annual rates bills:
