Shake Lounge hopes to reopen in May
A Douglas business which was destroyed by severe flooding earlier in the year is to reopen its doors.
The Shake Lounge, on Marina Road, was forced to close after a leak in the upstairs of the property caused thousands of pounds of damage to fittings and equipment.
Owners feared the business, which had taken three years to establish, might not be saved.
But they've now announced the café should open again in early May, with a new layout and kitchen facilities.
The business has also denied 'rumours' it could be relocating down south.
