Hooded Ram put authorities in an 'unfair position'
Leaving the bottleneck car park empty over TT is 'terrible' news, according to the boss of Bushy's brewery.
However, Martin Brunnscweiler says the decision to refuse Hooded Ram's application to run a festival on the site was fair, because there were 'so many unknowns that couldn't be answered.'
On Thursday, the licensing court heard how the brewery had no security, no live acts and no tent booked for the fortnight.
Mr Brunnscweiler says he was surprised such a big operation was left 'so late in the day':
Douglas Borough Council has since confirmed the site will remain as a car park during the festival fortnight.
