Union says bus drivers have contracted virus
Bus Vannin says it will not make a statement after claims that some of its drivers have contracted Covid-19.
Unite the Union has taken to Facebook saying there have been confirmed cases of drivers testing positive.
It also claims others are in self-isolation as a result.
Earlier today Bus Vannin confirmed it would be making the buses contactless – with no cash payments accepted.
It says it’s to further protect passengers and drivers.
