More talks are being held today to try to avert more strikes on the Island’s buses.
Representatives from drivers union Unite will meet management from the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure this afternoon to resume negotiations.
The dispute, over plans to scrap paid lunch breaks to save £300,000 a year, has already led to one three-day strike which took place shortly before Christmas.
If the talks fail, union leaders have to give seven days notice before further strike action can take place.
