Eighteen questions are due to be asked in the House of Keys this morning, covering topics such as minimum wage, bus driver strikes and border security.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew member Jason Moorhouse has seven of them including two inquiries about the appointment of former MHK Bill Shimmins to the board of Isle of Man Meats.
Mr Moorhouse wants to know more about the process appointing Mr Shimmins to the board and what part Treasury played in the appointment.
He also asks about the current number of MiCard holders, and on controls on people released on bail to a specific house.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew's Tim Glover is asking about the threatened industrial action by bus drivers and any possible consequences for the public.
Onchan member Julie Edge asks if the treasury minister remains committed to the new level of minimum wage.
She'll also ask who is responsible for Port Security, and what border security is in place for sailings to Belfast and Dublin.
Douglas Central's Chris Thomas wants to know more about the Island's status as regards bovine spongiform encephalopathy.
Meanwhile, the Legislative Council sits this morning to consider a number of bills, including the final stage of the Local Government (Amendment Bill).
