Bus drivers have once again rejected an offer from the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure over changes to their terms and conditions.
Two thirds of the 79 ballot papers returned voted no to the proposals.
Another 24 were not returned.
Eric Holmes of the bus drivers' union, Unite, says there is to be an extension period between the last industrial action and future action, authorised by the Manx Industrial Relations Service, while a meeting of members is arranged to find a way forward, if possible.
