Unite officer says talks putting workers under pressure
Bus drivers are receiving abuse from passengers because of their pay dispute with the Department of Infrastructure.
That's according to Unite's regional officer Debbie Halsall, after the DoI offered workers a lump sum payout to accept new terms and conditions.
She confirmed the union plans to hold talks with government in the next couple of weeks, ahead of the 10 September deadline to take up the offer.
However, she says the situation is creating a stressful working environment for the drivers:
