Buddy Rocks to close

A bar and restaurant in central Douglas is to close down after just four months, and revert to its former state.

Buddy Rocks on Athol Street will shut on Sunday, March 2 – and go back to being The Courthouse again.

The Courthouse closed last November to rebrand as the American-style bar and diner.

Owner Andy Hardy took to Facebook today to explain the idea hadn’t worked, and he was looking forward to having the Courthouse back..
